Easements show where buildings are not to be built and where city maintenance can be completed on stormwater and sewer lines. Public Access Easements began to be added in May 2024. This is a type of easement required by the City when a developer builds required beautification plots and sidewalks according to code but those sidewalks and plots extend beyond the ROW area and into the private property for the development.
