Description: General description (long): Sewer and Drainage easements that are detailed by a survey and a deed that detail when it was created and where to find it. Easements show where buildings are not to be built and where city maintenance can be completed on stormwater and sewer lines. Public Access Easements began to be added in May 2024. This is a type of easement required by the City when a developer builds required beautification plots and sidewalks according to code but those sidewalks and plots extend beyond the ROW area and into the private property for the development. This ensures public access to walk on the sidewalk and for City employees to perform work as needed in these areas.Who maintains the data: ANALYST I and/or Analyst II (sewer and storm); Engineering Plans Examiner (public access easements)Is the layer tied to an ordinance? UNKNOWNWho uses it and what for? Engineers and any City employee that must perform work on these assets where the assets extend into private property.Ramifications if layer is deleted or not updated? Employees will not know whether or not they can perform work in these areas due to crossing into private property. Also, prevent certain buildings from being built.Key applications using this layer? Yes, Mapit; CityworksHow is this updated to DIST or AGOL? May 2024, this layer was moved to NON_Versioned database in order to allow non_GIS editors to the data. There is a script that will push to Webserver for MapIt nightly.

Description: This layer shows a combination of Handicapped Ramps, Sidewalk Point Repairs, Trip Hazards, and Asphalt Patches. Some of the points were mapped by STANTEC some where added using CAD files from NSTEP, and some were added by Tim Gurien using ArcPad in the field to document sidewalk rehabilitation efforts.
Description: Trails within the Reedy River Trail System. Line features within this data layer originated from a variety of sources as indicated by "Origin Shape" field. Source could be centerline from Edge of Pavement layer or GPS'd using the GeoXT.
